We’re located at 108 Greenwich Street between Rector and Carlisle, a short walk from the Rector Street 1 stop, the Wall Street 4/5 stop, or the Rector Street N/R/W stop. The Broad Street J/Z stop is about a 5 minute walk, and the Fulton Street A stop is about a 10 minute walk.
We do not have a dress code.
True to our name, One Flight Up is up a flight of stairs, but we have an elevator and the bar is fully accessible with an ADA-compliant bathroom.
We do not restrict photos or videos for personal use, but flash photography is not permitted. Anything that disrupts the musicians or audience members is not permitted. Videotaping entire performances is not permitted without express permission from the owners and musicians.
Each set is approximately one hour.
We host an invite-only jam session 9:15p-close, Monday through Saturday. There is no cover charge for the jam sessions, but our food & beverage minimums still apply.

Yes, but we recommend buying advanced tickets to guarantee your spot. Walk-in tickets are available in limited numbers depending on the show. When advanced tickets are sold out, walk-in tickets are available in very limited numbers. For sold-out shows, there is a standby line for cancellations or no-shows.
Please arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time so we can accommodate you.
All reservations are booked through Toast and our refund policy is stated there. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation date will not be refunded.
